ผมไม่รู้วิธีการเรียก hide extensions for known file types จาก Foder Options ให้ออกมา รู้แต่วิธีการ Regedit ไฟล์
ถ้าเราต้องการ Show > hide extensions for known file types ให้ทำการ Downloadไพล์ Regedit >

ถ้าเราต้องการ Hide> hide extensions for known file types ให้ทำการ Download Regedit

เมื่อทำการ Download เสร็จแล้วให้ทำการ Double Cick แล้วตอบ Yes แค่นี้ก็สามารถ Show ไฟล์ได้แล้วครับ
